Yeah it´s hard to find a good time for everyone... Maybe I will rotate the times from show to show so there is someone good for everyone...

I imagine it's very difficult to find a good time for people all around the world. Rotating the schedule could be a solution, but keep in mind you are hosting, so the time should adjust to your need first.
