I think we all benefit from these sessions as you can forget about other stuff for a while and have to concentrate on the music.

Yeah, I'm with you on that SteevC. I get that forgetting it all feeling when I'm writing too, and also when I'm out somewhere away from the city in nature. But playing music is one of the most powerful ways to merge with something bigger than yourself 🎸😀
