Hello friends in the Hive learners community. Happy Sunday and I hope we all are doing very well today. I love to drop my videos early but went to my granny’s place and I decided to make the video there. Since I was tired, I began to rack my brain thinking of the songs I know and I remembered this song. The title of the song I’d be giving you is “No forget” by Adekunle Gold and Simi.

I really can’t remember the year this song was released but I was in high school then and I think I was already in my final year. These two artistes are married to each other and they have done various somgs together. I chose this because it’s one of my favorite and it’s easy to jump on the song.

This song is about a young lady who introduced her man to her mum. Her mum insulted the young man and complained that he was broke and can’t take care of her daughter. Due to this issue, the man decided to leave the vicinity so that he can make ends meet. The plan was to go out, work hard and get rich so he can take care her. So he made some promises to her in this song and promised to take of her when he gets back.

The lady expressed her feelings about how her man is about to travel so he can make more money. They made promises to each other not to ever leave themselves. Let’s watch my video and I hope you love it.
