Interesting. In the comments you mentioned there are different type/waves of Ska. Many years ago I had a Jamaican step dad. And back in school I did a presentation about Reggea. I heard a lot of Reggea, Ragga and Dance Hall in my youth. And I also heard a lot of Punk and Oi.
So now my question:
What type/wave/category is something like the Ska music like Oi bands are doing?

Actually Oi is a genre all on it's own simply called Oi.
My favourite would be Sham 69
