I have really come to understand that no matter how this life may turn out to be, that is to remain cheerful, to remove being sad but to wear a smiling face knowing that in all I do am beautifully created and amongst all am beautiful.

"YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL" BY Frank Edward I believe this particular song was for me,when I am feeling so sad,when I think that all hope has been lost in my life I should know that I am a unique being and definitely that they will be a way out for me.

When I think that I am not good enough to attain that height,when I lose the zeal ,when I think I can't do it , because of depression and anxiety I am passing through, I beat my chest and say that I can do it and that I am beautiful enough to conquer it.

When people sees me and turn me into their laughing stock, when am being body shamed ,when everyone around me has already given up on me,I must remind myself that all the most beautiful and that no one is beautiful than me,that am supposed to put on a smiling face and I should go ahead by telling myself that am beautiful and of true that I deserve the Best.

And I am not supposed to let anyone make me feel inferior or worthless.Never should I allow someone to choose me but am to go out and choose for who I want to be knowing that I deserve a nice class and to be with people who are beautiful, intelligent, productive and energetic like me.

Never should I let myself down ,I must carry myself with cheerful look and pride of whom am I,never should I allow people to dictate how my life will looks like because of I have no class or due to am not in the same level with such people,but I should address myself they way I would want people to talk to me, making sure am beautiful knowing that my creator took 0ut time to create me.

Ensuring that I do things which will makes me happy steady and keeping aside anything which turns out to remind of my past or who I was before.am to wake up and tell myself that I can do it, am to tell myself that am beautiful and that no one has the right to make me feel bad or sad without me giving the person such permission.am to carry myself In a very special way so that people will turn will carry me in the same manner.
