However, a little of the horror might continue here in this post.

A few weeks ago, a meme with a roughly similar scene came across my path while I was surfing in the internet. It was a skull wearing headphones made of light and in its eyes the spectrum graphic of the song it was listening to was shining. It was quite a pretty organized picture with a minimized color palette.
I had only seen the meme for a little moment, but it haunted my thoughts for a while. Somehow the idea behind it fascinated me and one day, as I was listening to the track "Brand New Pig" by the group "Mississippi Gun Club" from the album Shovelhead, my memory of this meme changed into a new inspiration.
Psycheledic rock really is inspirational music.

I wasn't actually in a super good mood that day. My mind was dark that day as a result. Of course, this also had an effect on my inspiration.
The longer I listened to the psychedelic music, the better my mood became. And then I suddenly realized myself in my imagination, inspired by the meme, how I was in that bad mood and that the music was slowly bringing positive thoughts back into my mind.
A real stimulus.

Vor ein paar Wochen lief mir beim Surfen ein Meme mit einer ähnlich konfigurierten Szene über den Weg. Es war ein Totenkopf, der einen Kopfhörer aus Licht trug und in seinen Augen leuchtete die Spektrumgrafik des Liedes, dass er gerade zu hören schien. Ein recht aufgeräumtes Bild mit einer minimierten Farbpalette.
Ich hatte das Meme nur recht kurz gesehen, aber es verfolgte mich in Gedanken noch eine Weile weiter. Irgendwie faszinierte mich die Idee dahinter und eines Tages, als ich gerade das Stück "Brand New Pig" der Gruppe "Mississippi Gun Club" aus dem Album Shovelhead hörte, veränderte sich meine Erinnerung an dieses Meme, zu einer neuen Inspiration.
Psycheledic Rock ist wirklich beflügelnde Inspirationsmusik.

Ich war an diesem Tag eigentlich nicht besonders gut drauf. Entsprechend dunkel war mein Gemüt an diesem Tag eingestellt. Das wirkte sich natürlich auch auf die Inspiration aus.
Um so länger ich der psychedelischen Musik lauschte, desto besser wurde mein Gemütszustand. Und da sah ich mich selbst plötzlich in meiner, durch das Meme inspirierte Vorstellung, wie ich schlecht gelaunt, langsam durch die Musik wieder positive Gedanken in meinen Geist kamen.
Ein echter Stimulus.

Workbench slide show

To create Stimulus I made use of the tools Blender-3D and Gimp.
No non-free materials were used.
Only the skull (3D model) once came from Aidan Sanderson, who made it available together with a skeleton on Blenderkit as Royalty Free. I downloaded it over a year ago and have since made some modifications on it (materials, mesh edits, ...), so that it now also contains some of my own creativity.

Werkbank Dia-Schau

Zur Erstellung von Stimulus habe ich die Werkzeuge Blender-3D und Gimp verwendet.
Es kamen keinerlei unfreie Materialien zum Einsatz.
Lediglich der Schädel (3D Modell) stammte einst von Aidan Sanderson, der ihn zusammen mit einem Skellet auf Blenderkit als Royalty Free zur Verfügung stellte. Ich hatte ihn vor über einem Jahr herunter geladen und seither daran einige Modifikationen (Materialien, Änderungen am Mesh, ...) durchgeführt, so dass darin nur auch einiges von meiner eigenen Schaffenskraft mit drin steckt.
Anbei eine kurze Dia-Schau von der Werkbank.
