Yeah I agree because you've been so involved with Jazz the last few years, it should be easier for you to pick up the feel for it than the average learner. Love playing a proper kit... but haven't had the chance to do that since I gave up school teaching over 8 years ago. Wish I had the room for some but my neighbours are probably glad I don't.

You can play mine when I bring it to a rehearsal. I can get away with some noise at home
