Musical inspiration through a picture from the past

This is a little true story inspired by Mrs. @mipiano 's initiative in this post about looking for a photo from the past that reminds us a song or music.

I thing some of my friends are going to have a surprise but that will happen at the end you have to read first 😂

Let's give a little context because maybe the case is a bit local and many hivers friends are not familiar with the subject I'm going to tell you about.

In 2005 saw the light for the first time the film Havana Blues, the director Benito Zambrano, this film narrates the adventures of two friends musicians in Havana who try with all their strength to achieve their dreams of success in music and get a contract that allows them to leave the island where it is virtually impossible to materialize their aspirations.

This is the official synopsis but for me the story is inspired by the events and experiences of real music groups that participate in the film, such as "Habana Abierta" and "Porno para Ricardo".

(So far I will tell you, because if you want to know more about story in the film should look for it, sure you'll love it).

This film won several Goya awards:

• Best editing
• Best Production Direction
• Best Original Music

All the music of the film was original and are songs of great impact in my generation.

With very important authors within the Cuban panorama such as:

• Kelvi Ochoa
• Decemer Bueno
• Equis Alfonzo
• Kiki Ferre
• Boris Larramendi
• Athanai
• Others

All these great artists created a really deluxe soundtrack with an incredible bomb as we say around here (a lot of heart) I tell you, they are amazing:

Let's take a break to get to the point I want to get to, but let's do it by listening to one of these great songs, Havana Blues or just you and me:

Now imagine this context 2007, a 20 year old @pumarte with a head full of art and hair 😅, a lot of dreams to fulfill, in a super bohemian Havana at that time, with troubadours peñas, alternative music festivals and many musician friends with whom we shared early mornings and drinks in equal parts, entire in that malecon of Havana and other parks, singing those hits of Havana Blue to all that gave us the chest, in love with the night and how many pretty girl gave me a smile.
That was the point of my story, that was capture in my portrait that I will show you in one second.
The themes of this film are extremely heartbreaking because they touch an extremely complicated subject for us, as is the emigration and the separation of families, its validity is unique, they have almost 20 years and none has ceased to have value on the contrary , they are more present than ever and so it will always be I think, in this island blessed and cursed in parallel doses, although I am no longer 20 years old, my head does not stop dreaming but it is more located in earthly things, whenever I look at this picture I remember my days of trova and Havana Blues.
