Master the Lotus
has mastered the lotus
but then
so has
the wind
call it a zephyr
a mistral or a thesaurus
wielding jabberwocky
blowhard
a little too much
hot wind or cold shoulder
a stem is crushed
petals burned
yes the wind
has mastered
the lotus
the rain
has mastered
the lotus
in her
over
ministrations
a bloom
is swamped
in her absence
the petal old
before her time
should she find pink
at all
poor
pretty petal
why must everything
always forever
seek to
master
it
everyone
wants to master
the lotus
yet
mastery
is found
when the petals
master

Nature is so beautiful and this flower is one of the best example of it.
