Music

Good day beautiful readers, it's a pleasure to pen another post today for the hive naijas weekly prompt and today i am going to focus on the evolution of music in my country specifically or the world at large.

Music is very powerful and I keep emphasizing on this because, music has a diverse function, in terms of boredom, celebration, memorials, events, fun and even relaxations. I even learnt that if you wish to cry, there is a perfect tune for that as well. so you see, music is indeed a powerful tool.
But here I want to talk about the evolution of music so far, what has changed, the progress in it, the outreach and interest to it's audience.

Music has come a long way, i can't even tell the exact day or year music was invented, maybe music existed before the earth was even formed, i wouldn't know?!.
But so far so good, we have come to a stage and an era where music has evolved greatly right from music production industries to singing and even musical instruments. everything has changed greatly in due time of cause, we no longer hear the kinds of musics and bands that were produced in the 80's and 90's anymore. But the question at me is, how do i see the current evolution in music!.
Ill start first by pointing refracting back at the good old times.

THE GOOD OLD CLASSIC DAYS

Back when i was still a child, my grand father had a lot of tapes and big sized black music disks which he always refered to as the black pool player looking like the picture below.

This device was the first mp3 player I saw back in my days and my grand father had a big box loaded with giant dicks of so many classics and old school vintage. it was really impressive and those songs were hit songs back in the days. song like, classics like wham' wake me up or billie jean by Michael Jackson and etcetera. Not to talk about reggae's and blues.

This songs were hits and thrills back in the good old days but like i said, evolution has taken place and now,.

THE CURRENT EVOLUTION

So much more advancements have been made, we no longer play with black pool discs anymore, we now have mp3 players that are very portable and handy to carry around. Good music productions and advanced technologies for music productions giving music a unique and different taste from before.
The current evolution of music is undoubtedly good and entertaining, also doing its job as every other music would.

The funny truth about music is that, even when we do not like a particular genre or a particular music, just listening to them over and over even with kin interest can convict us completely to liking the song. This happens to me most of the time. i always avoid certain music we hear these days for reasons best known to me but in the end i begin to fancy it out of a prolonged listening or so, the more I hear the more i began to admire.

I adapt quickly to music, even when I don't fancy them at first instances so therefore, i do not have a problem with the current evolution of music but still, come-on I still love the good old days when we played tapes and black pool disks. there is a unique musical atmosphere and feelings that comes with this tradition of music.

Music gets me through the day! I listen to many different genres mostly because listening to the same music over and over gets exhausting.

Man, I still have my CD’s and even some records from the old days and I don’t even have a device to play them on LOL. You are right, the music industry has changed a lot over the years; it will be interesting to see what the next decade brings! (:

excellently True, they can even become boring in this case if care is not taken😄.

Oyyyy! I have that trait too. When I listen to a song over and over, it begins to repeat in my head and before you know, I am singing it. I successfully avoided Under The Influence because in my opinion, that song is only a Konji Generator.

eweee😅 hehehe, see me laughing really hard over here,
honestly, i think if our music artists don't introduce this konji or co format's in their song then it won't get to anywhere, my POV though 😅

Music is really influencing when listening indeed and just like what's happening now, you've just reminded me that baby' you can, cause Your body lightweight speaks to me... 🎵🎶 😅❤️

Technology has brought lots of improvement really and even though music is not what it use to be, we can filter them and just concentrate on the ones we want.

Listening to a particular piece of music over and over truly would make you love them... These days we have more sophisticated beats that will make you dance, I listen to music depending on my mood.
