A SINKING RHYTHM

Music indeed is the nutrient that nourishes the heart and the lubricant that fuels the soul. i can't imagine a world without music, that would be so lame, nerd and out fashioned.
Music comes with different genres and as humans, we tend to get more attracted to a particular genre probably because of a particular artist who knows how to trigger the spotlight in you.
I love all genres of music and this is due to a particular artist of that category that is able to deliver exactly what our heart wants.

Let me share with us some of my favorite songs from different genres and the artists who never fail to deliver those fantasies we look for.

First i will start with the reggae music.
The reggae music is one piece of music that relaxes my soul and spirit when under a pressured situation or condition. and my favorite reggae artist is no other than the king of reggae Bob Marley and co' Lucky Dube of blessed memories.
Their music speak far beyond the listening ears and presents me to another new dimensions entirely.

Talking about afro beat, afro music are one of my favorite and even an all time best category which of cause are one of the popular plays we listen to today, in the likes of artists like burna boy, wizkid, davido, rema and etcetera. My favorite afro music make and influencer is no other than his rema with one of his all time and still trending music charm which of cause he won an award few weeks ago as the top trending afro hit song.
yes you must have heard this afro music and I'm sure you like it as well.

It's really difficult for me to determine a best song from the tens of genres we have in music because i believe we love certain songs in a particular genres for a unique reason and purpose.
The love in music is dynamical in a sense that, at some point in time you get tired of your favorite songs and embrace a new release. so, let me expose my favorite song for this current weather.

People from nigeria and most part of africa must have heard the recent news that has caused a lot of sadness across the region how we lost a young star in the music industry. well if you've not heard, a tribute to mohbad aka imole. who died at the age of 27 according to the news, he died after a performance on stage few weeks ago and ever since then, his songs has been on the top music lists and trending.
I happen to hear one of the recent songs he made just before he departed and i was so pinned to the melody, rhythm and lyrics of this song.

The song is titled SORRY BY MOHBAD
I can't explain how this song keeps sinking and piercing deep to my mind when i listen to it. the song tell a story of forgiveness, a young man whom his parent presented him the necessary things he needed to grow as a better individual but yet, he went astray just like the story of the prodigal son and now he is back and asking for forgiveness.

I call this a sinking rhythm Because this was the last music this young star sang and we are never going to hear any further release from him anymore therefore, it is indeed sinking deep down until it's no more. Some parts of this song was communicated in a famous nigerian language, the yoruba language. I hope you enjoy it.

Songs do have a way it helps us relax the nerves especially when we are stressed and they keep replaying even in our subconscious mode.

I didn't know about the young guy Mohbad till his demise because I am not a fan of those kind of song, but my browser kept bringing his stories. Songs have a way of playing itself even when the original singer is no more

Thanks for sharing
