I'm Your Angel - My Unique Experience

This song reminds me so much of the past when I was just 17 years of age, then I use to fall into a lot of troubles that I don't know how and when I got involved in. During school hours in those days, I know some other girls in my class who hated me for nothing and anytime I look their way, they will feel like disfiguring me with their eyes then hiss and look away. To me, I really don't have any issues with them as long as I keep getting the attention I needed from guys though I would have loved to even be more friendly with the girls.

Most times after school dismissal as I pack the stuffs I need to take home and walk to the door way that leads to the outside, one of the girls in my class will just appear from nowhere to push me aside and pass by the door before me. I try not to quarrel with any of them besides, I don't even have strength to fight. I know what they wanted. I still have a few girl I talk to sometimes in my class but they are too cold and quiet, I guess they are afraid of find the trouble of the group.

One day after our school dismissed back then, I was walking through a lonely path only to hear foot steps of people running and approaching me and when it really was sounding closer behind me, I was forced to turn around and look back because I was the only one walking along the lonely pathway at that time and when I turned around. It was the group of girls from my class. The first one closest to me shouted out my name as she was panting and breathing heavily. I was curious to know why they ran to meet me. Soon the others approached breathing and panting heavily and knew of them pointed at me and said,”You!” with a face that is not looking good.

Just right then I know there was trouble. Another girl said to me, “so here you are trouble maker, you're always raising your shoulders up thinking no one is in your level”.
Standing right in front of them, I was still trying to make sense of what they were saying and immediately, someone pushed his way through them and while they turn around, they tried to use their body to stop the person pushing through but the guy immediately broke through them and i saw his face. It was Michael, the cutest guy in my class that year.

All the girls were all eyes and astonished, none of them spoke any more. All the girls including myself were all speechless. He grabbed my arm immediately and started walking and I followed him and the girls stood there dumbfounded. I myself wanted to say something but don't know what exactly till he got me far away to the junction next to my home and he stopped and I turned to face him. As I looked at his face. I saw him staring into my eyes with a smile on his face. It was in the most beautiful way I cherished, all I could say was thank you and he responded by giving a little bow and turned and started running back.

Since that time we became more closer as friends as he always comes to check up on me or to walk me home while the group of girls who hated me will just be staring with a frowned face and murmuring to themselves. So it happened that anytime I fall into trouble Mr handsome will show up almost immediately and de-escalate the situation. Since after we graduated, I've never heard from him but that's the part of my life story this song Angel by Celien Dion reminded me of.
