Week 42 top 2 worthy highlights (vibes web3 music competition)
Good morning! It's a beautiful day, an amazing week, and a good time to acknowledge the amazing talents on this platform that have given us what I’d love to call premium entertainment.
The artist I’d want to introduce to you guys is
@eugelys who came out here with a beautiful rendition of Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
Her version was very enticing, rich, well paced. Not rushed or too slow, just perfect. I love the vocal control and coordination. She was engrossed in what she was doing and so was I. Her cover reminds me of Disney songs—well delivered, I’ll have to say.
This artist over here is incredible. He covered a song by Harry Styles. I mean, I never really heard of this song until I came across his entry. A great discovery indeed.
At the beginning, he first introduces himself and the song in Spanish, but when he starts singing? My God! From the very first note, I knew I was in for something serious. His voice transitioning from that Spanish tone to a perfect English musical tone felt smooth. I give him accolades for this performance. And the guitar? It was an icing on the cake. Great cover, I must confess.
There were other entries that made headlines—at least for me. I can’t review every one of them, of course, so I picked the top two that caught my interest. Congratulations to everyone! it’s not easy to make good music.
I look forward to seeing the winners, as it appears new faces are slowly taking the top spots. Well, let’s watch and observe as things insidiously unfold.
