I am very grateful to God today because of the life he has blessed me with, most especially the kind of people he has brought into my life. It's as though when there seems to be no way out God is always there watching because somehow I will see the challenge pass by without knowing how I solved it.
God has been really faithful to and most especially to my family because I know that even if I am completely well and okay but the members of my family are not, that will make my joy to not be complete but my happiness is that everyone is safe and sound and I know he will do the same for every member of this community too.
Last night before I slept off, I was listening to a beautiful old song, Survivor by destiny child.

I was thrilled to listen to the different challenges he mentioned and how we lived above it all and I felt very positive about the song. We are not meant to bow for our problems, Yes challenges will come but do we have the mindset to live through it? Indeed life is full of upside and downs but that is not a guarantee for someone to commit suicide because of what's facing hem ahead. I don't know who may be reading this that needs this encouragement. For the fact that your neighbors went on a vacation or they have money to celebrate this Christmas as it pleases them but you can't even afford to add a Christmas light to your home doesn't mean it's the end for you.
Too much worrying makes us make crazy decisions and in fact when we decide to do our best everyday not minding the outcome but just loving our lives and taking each day as we see it. We will find out how relieved we will be. It will be like a rebirth into the world of freedom because worrying is like a burden.

Sometimes your heart feels heavy, not because you're carrying any heavy load but because of the level of things you've been burdening yourself with.
I remember coming across a passage in the holy bible where Jesus said, come unto me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Heaviness can come from sicknesses the level of sickness that may have befallen you. Maybe how you took drugs and it doesn't seem to be helping matters. Heavy ladenness can come in the form of rebellious children, the children who don't listen to your advice nor respect you. It can come in the form of issues in your working place and some hate you for no just cause. It can come in the form of depts and it can as well come in the form of joblessness or a collapsing business.
You see, sometimes, we find out that we are not completely in charge even though we most of the times feel that we humans are totally in charge of the affairs of life.

Money is good and may help in solving most of our problems, yet it is not all things that money can buy. Many young women like myself have been a victim of men who promise us heaven and earth just to be able to lay with us on our beds and see our pants. Now the major problem is that most of these men who came into our lives with great promises leave us with great expectations and heart breaks. Many young women today will be wondering, is this how my life is going to remain? Why can't honest men come my way and marry me? Will I remain single for the rest of my life since time is not by my side as a woman?
Many more of these thoughts and even more add to the burden of life but the good thing is that in the midst of all these problems there is always light at the end of the tunnel. The key takeaway here is to not give up yet, there is still hope for you to achieve whatever you wish for. I seriously believe that as long as one is alive, there is hope.

What helps me everyday in my journey of life is reading the word of God through the Bible. Through it I have learnt a lot of things. Most especially in the book of proverbs, it is all filled with wisdom and I'm surprised why many haven't discovered it yet. There are procedures in life and when we break one every other thing around us will automatically be affected.
The truth is that as humans that we are, we have the power to make choices and I'm glad that God didn't create us to be like robots to not have our own will.
The summary of everything is to keep our hopes alive and not give up yet because we will definitely survive and sing of our success even as destiny child sings of being a Survivor.
