I couldn't make it last week due to stress and some difficult situations i had to handled at home,but am glad to be back here.

The Theme for the week is pain.
I will be singing a song titled
Look and live.
The verse 2 of the song captivates my mind and it says, it's a message of love to a friend.
And in times of pains the best healing therapy is love.
I have been inspired by this song since when I was a child,the first inspiration of this song came from my mom,she would sing it with so much passion and mostly when ever she was dealing with painful, frustrating and hopeless situations in her life.
I grew to channel all my heartaches on Jesus
Looking up to him has helped me to overcome pains and live happily.
I believe we can survive some turbulent situations in life if we look up to Jesus, because
he can take away the pains and help us live better.
