«Life Is About Me»

Hello folks. As you may have already noticed, things have become pretty slow, weak, boring and practically colorless, bland and deserted when it comes to creating quality content on the Hive blockchain in the lead-up to Christmas. I suppose that these days the Hive population must be busy rather doing their Christmas shopping and planning everything for the upcoming holidays. So, for now, surely they must be distracted in other things more important in their lives and therefore lacking the necessary inspiration to inspire others with their usual content. At least that's what I think.
But don't worry, that this feeling of loneliness, abandonment and lack of lyrical and literary inspiration that we are feeling around these days is not just now, on the eve of Christmas, nor is it anything new either. Noo no way! This issue has been going on for a while now and has become even more pronounced after the HardFork 28. At least that's what I perceive.
So yes, because what I perceive makes me suspect that a large majority of people here have already realized how substantially the rewards, comments and the engagement within their content have been reduced dramatically after HF28 and that's what has them a little low of inspiration and motivation to continue publishing quality stuff during these days. And the truth is that I don't blame them for it. Because being inspired and trying to inspire others truly requires and demands a great deal of effort. And if all that effort is to be rewarded only with few cents and almost no feedback, well, it's a shame and it's really not worth it at all.
But hey, there always is and always will be an exception to the rule.
While it's true that I myself have noticed with great intensity and for some time now this lack of sources of inspiration in Hive to create my own content. This has only led me to explore new places and horizons where I can invest my time in a more creative endeavor and inspiring way. And although, from time to time, I return to Hive to see if anything has changed and occasionally also report and share what I've been discovering lately. Yes, rarely, but every now and then I stumble across something that unexpectedly surprises me and inspires me enough to create something new.
And that has been precisely the case today.
Yeah, the things here still feels pretty slow, weak, boring, colorless, bland and deserted in its vast majority. But curiously, today I stumbled upon a short poem written and shared by @acidyo, which despite having been published in such a short, bare, coarse, colorless and almost naked form without images, illustrations, music or visual elements of any kind. Amazingly, it has served me as inspiration to illustrate that poem with all the color and audiovisual impact that I believe that poem deserves.
And that's exactly what I've come to share with you today.
A poem in motion. Two versions of the same poem's lyrics, but with a greater audiovisual impact that better recreates the poem's meaning, essence and sense with higher power of evocation and lasting memory retention. Given that lately, and looking to escape from Hive towards more fertile and fruitful places where I can pour most of my time and my creativity in more relevant and satisfying ways, lately, I've been more into musical composition and audiovisual production shenanigans and explorations.
And that's precisely what I am going to show you next, with the sole intention that those who watch and enjoy this audiovisual poem will then tell me later in the comments section of this post, which of the two audiovisual versions of @acidyo's poem you liked more:
«The World Revolves Around Me»
«It's Me Only Me»
Oh! and in case that for some reason you can't clearly understand the lyrics of the poem. Of course you will need to turn on the subtitles in the Youtube player and select the language in which you feel most comfortable. Otherwise, you'll have no choice but to visit the poet's blog or click on the first link in this post if you feel like reading it first before you start enjoying the videos.
And of course, I am absolutely clear that this post with the two audiovisual versions of the poem isn't going to get, collect, or accumulate even a twentieth of the rewards and comments that the poet has achieved so far in his short, bare, coarse, colorless, effortless and almost naked form of poetry post. But ¿Who Cares?
The mere fact that finally I have found content on Hive that actually has inspired me to create something new, original and high-quality on my blog, after waiting for so long, this already makes me feel so grateful and happy, that for that reason alone I will feel already well rewarded. Although if you want to make me even happier, then just tell me which of the two audiovisual versions of the poem you liked best.
