Because if people don't click on the links, then obviously they're not going to understand anything they have read. Since the links aren't there arbitrarily nor to try to beautify the article with a bunch of different colorful texts and such.

The author has added those links there for something. Probably as supplementary important information to what he has written and which he has previously researched as relevant to what he wants to convey without necessarily being repetitive and writing it all again letter by letter. Simply because others have already said it in the best way it could have been said. And therefore the author of the article only hopes that you click on the link so that you can understand everything better and in greater depth.

What is it that you don't understand about the existence and presence of links in an article? Especially when you don't click and haven't clicked on them? Aren't you at least curious to know why the links are there? Why the author added them, and what they might be adding up to the context of what you're reading and consuming for a greater understanding and comprehension of the content? ¿Why don't you click on the links?

Because one thing is try thinking outside the box. Another quite different is assume that you have fully understood what you have read without having clicked on the links. And a completely different and radical matter is reasoning outta the recipient.

Simply because that last will be the most harmful to you, not only because you won't fully understand what you have consumed, but because you didn't or don't want to understand what has been conveyed to you through the full context of the post including the links.

So, listen more and with greater attention to the one who tries to communicate with you from outside your head. And listen less and pay less attention to the one in your own head who speaks to you, deceives you and makes you think that you already know everything. So that you never again allow anyone to tell you that you're indeed peeing outta the pot.
