Celebrating Talent in the Vibes Community —Hive Web3 competition week #34 Highlights

Hello to all the artists in the Vibes community. I hope everyone is doing well. This isn’t my first time scrolling through and enjoying the incredible talent in this community, but today I decided to take a moment to appreciate a few standout artists whose entries recently caught my attention.

After listening to about fifteen performances, it was difficult to choose which ones I connected with the most because the overall quality was genuinely impressive. Undoubtedly, everyone on Vibes is incredibly talented, whether it’s through vocals or instrumentals, and I admire all of you. You all deserve to be in a professional studio, creating music the world needs to hear.

I would have loved to highlight every single entry, but I chose these four because of how deeply they moved me.

One performance that truly stood out came from @bigsteff. After reading his lyrics and realizing he composed the song himself, I was amazed. It made me realize that Vibes truly has some genuinely gifted artists. His wordplay and rhythm were excellent, and sometimes, that’s what matters most in music: the ability to convey a message that many can relate to.
What impressed me even more was the energy he brought into the performance. You could feel his emotions behind every word. I genuinely enjoyed his performance.

Another entry that left a strong impression was from @tenesha. Believe me, I almost cried when I heard her voice.
Aside from the fact that her song touches on the stress and burnout many of us face while trying to live better lives, yet still find ourselves caught in unimaginable circumstances; her voice told a story of its own.
From the beginning, it was blissful to listen to, and when she shifted to a lighter, more ethereal tone, it gave me goosebumps. She reminds me of one of my favorite artists, Dolly Parton.
