It's Tuesday, and it's February 6th. The month progresses slowly, and the week goes well. Today I went out with my brother, and we brought groceries home, I like to have a certain amount of food in reserve, so I don't have to go out frequently. Now I'm thinking that I had recently told my sister, on the phone, that after the time of confinement due to the pandemic, my tendency to be a hermit was more marked. Although that coincides with my taste for a calm #life, it is a trait that I have to control to avoid ending up with something similar to Cabin Syndrome.
I guess I have to stay a little vigilant. Well, apart from that outing, and the little fatigue that remained after the walk with the bags, there is nothing new or interesting to tell. This is why I am going to comment once and for all about an event that caught my attention today. It is a date in #History that coincides with the birth of a Jamaican #singer, which gave rise to the declaration of this day as its international celebration. It's 'Bob Marley Day'.

Es martes, y estamos a 6 de febrero. El mes avanza lentamente, y la semana va bien. Hoy salí con mi hermano y trajimos víveres a casa, me gusta tener una cierta cantidad de comida en reserva, para no tener que salir con frecuencia. Yo ahora estoy pensando que hace poco le había comentado a mi hermana, por teléfono, que luego de la época de confinamiento por la pandemia, me quedó más marcada mi tendencia a ser ermitaño. Aunque eso coincide con mi gusto por una #vida calmada, es un rasgo que tengo que controlar para evitar terminar con algo parecido al Síndrome de la Cabaña.
Supongo que debo mantenerme un poco vigilante. Bien, fuera de esa salida, y el pequeño cansancio que quedó luego de la caminata con las bolsas, no hay nada nuevo o interesante que contar. Por esto es que voy a pasar de una vez a comentar sobre una efeméride que me llamó la atención para hoy, es una fecha en la #Historia que coincide con el nacimiento de un #cantante jamaiquino, lo que dio motivo a que se declarara este día como su celebración internacional. Es el ‘Día de Bob Marley’.

Certainly, the incidence and effects of the virus have subsided, as far as I know.
But, I do not deny that the consequences that spending so much time in 'social distancing' left on my behavior make me sometimes have strong anxiety when I go to run errands or go out to work.
I just have to get used to it again, but I guess over the years I've lost some flexibility.
