Paramore: Uno de los Mejores Grupos Musicales Jóvenes que he Escuchado (Spa-Eng)

Saludos gente de la Comunidad de #Music. Hoy tengo ganas de hablar un poco sobre uno de los grupos juveniles que ha perdurado a lo largo de los años desde el 2005 con cambios de sus integrantes pero que mantiene un estilo único a pesar de todos sus contratiempos. Hoy les hablaré de Paramore.

Greetings people of the #Music Community. Today I feel like talking a little bit about one of the youth groups that has endured over the years since 2005 with changes of its members but maintaining a unique style despite all its setbacks. Today I will talk about Paramore.

Esta banda incursionó en el mundo musical, como bien dije anteriormente en el año 2005 con su primer disco: All We Know Is Falling, con un estilo musical Punk/Rock peculiarmente bueno. Pero no fue sino con su segundo disco, RIOT! que comenzó a darse a conocer un poco más, haciendo una gira de aproximadamente 2 años entre E.E.U.U., el Reino Unido y Europa.

This band entered the musical world, as I said before, in 2005 with their first album: All We Know Is Falling, with a peculiarly good Punk/Rock musical style. But it was not until their second album, RIOT! that they began to be known a little more, touring for about 2 years between USA, UK and Europe.

Su agrupación siempre ha estado conformada generalmente por tres integrantes. Inció con Hayley Williams (su vocalista), Taylor York (en la guitarra) y Zac Farro (en la batería). Ya después del 2007 su guitarrista abandonó y luego volvió en el 2010 para luego abandonar definitivamente en el 2017 la banda. En cuanto al baterista, abandonó la agrupación en el 2010, pero volvió en el 2017 para quedarse hasta la actualidad. Por su parte, Williams es quien ha mantenido vivo el grupo desde 2005.

His group has always been generally comprised of three members. It started with Hayley Williams (their vocalist), Taylor York (on guitar) and Zac Farro (on drums). After 2007, their guitarist left and then returned in 2010 to leave definitively in 2017 the band. As for the drummer, he left the group in 2010 but returned in 2017 to stay until today. For his part, Williams is the one who has kept the group alive since 2005.

Yo la verdad desconozco las verdaderas razones por las cuales esta agrupación ha cambiado tanto sus integrantes a lo largo de los años, sin embargo mis sospechas me hacen pensar que ha sido por cambios en el estilo musical, intentando innovar con música y estilos nuevos. Además de esto, también puede ser porque no todos manejan la fama de la misma manera, tal vez exigía pasar más tiempo juntos y en momentos hubo diferencias fuertes entre los integrantes.

I don't know the real reasons why this group has changed its members so much over the years, however, my suspicions make me think that it has been because of changes in the musical style, trying to innovate with new music and styles. Besides this, it could also be because not everyone handles fame in the same way, maybe it demanded more time together, and at times there were strong differences between the members.

Lo que sí se es que Williams ha mantenido su estilo rebelde pero en constante evolución con su música en todos estos años que ha trabajado como compositora y cantante. A ella es quien admiro por su estilo de voz, su música y su personalidad. Paramore es la primera agrupación que me permitió conocer el género Punk/Rock, diferente a lo que mostraban otras agrupaciones del momento como Fall Out Boy (que se inclinaban mas al género Pop) o My Chemical Romance (que se inclinó más al Rock).

What I do know is that Williams has maintained her rebellious yet constantly evolving style with her music over the years that she has worked as a songwriter and singer. She is the one I admire for her style of voice, her music, and her personality. Paramore is the first band that allowed me to get to know the Punk/Rock genre, different from what other bands of the moment showed such as Fall Out Boy (who leaned more towards the Pop genre) or My Chemical Romance (who leaned more towards Rock).

Recuerdo que la primera canción que escuché de ellos fue Decode, tema musical de la famosa película Crepúsculo, con la que se catapultó a la fama de la noche a la mañana. A mí, me than gustado mucho sus canciones, pero su estilo musical ha evolucionado tanto desde su cuarto disco, con tonos más pop estilo ochentero. Aunque me gusta ese género también, me quedo con su antiguo estilo equilibrado a la perfección entre Punk & Rock.

I remember that the first song I heard from them was Decode, the theme song of the famous movie Twilight, with which they catapulted to fame overnight. I like their songs, but their musical style has evolved so much since their fourth album, with more eighties-style pop tones. Although I like that genre too, I'll stick with their old style perfectly balanced between Punk & Rock.

De Paramore tengo dos discos favoritos que suelo escuchar cuando ando de ánimo rebelde o la ocasión lo amerita. Estos discos son: The Final RIOT! y brand new eyes. Ambos para mí son los mejores de la banda. Como dato curioso estuve a punto de ir a uno de los conciertos que dieron aquí en Venezuela, recuerdo que fue en Puerto la Cruz, pero lamentablemente no llegué.

From Paramore I have two favorite albums that I usually listen to when I'm in a rebellious mood or the occasion calls for it. These albums are: The Final RIOT! and brand new eyes. Both for me are the best of the band. As a curious fact, I was about to go to one of the concerts they gave here in Venezuela, I remember it was in Puerto la Cruz, but unfortunately, I didn't make it.

El día de ayer esta agrupación musical sacó un nuevo video, cuya canción me gustó bastante, es como escuchar que regresan un poco a su viejo estilo. Se lo dejo a continuación para que lo disfruten. Aunque pertenece a su último disco, pensé que se venía un nuevo album pero por los momentos no. Además yo la verdad sólo escuché un par de canciones de This is Why, sin embargo, creo que con la canción Thick Skull, le daré una oportunidad a todo el album y lo escucharé completo.

Yesterday this music group released a new video, whose song I liked a lot, it's like hearing that they are going back to their old style. I leave it below for you to enjoy. Although it belongs to their last album, I thought a new album was coming, but not for the moment. Besides, I only listened to a couple of songs from This is Why, however, I think that with the song Thick Skull, I will give the whole album a chance and listen to it in its entirety.

En cuanto a sus discos, tienen hasta ahora un total de seis (06), donde cambió de estilo rotundamente a partir del cuarto. Tomando un tono más Pop y tecno, muy de los años 80. Debo admitir que de su cuarto album me gustan sólo algunas canciones, tal vez tres cuando mucho, de su quinto y sexto album no me gustan ningunas. Espero que el séptimo esté lleno de buenas canciones como sus primeros discos.

As for his albums, they have so far a total of six (06), where he changed his style completely from the fourth one. Taking a more Pop and techno tone, very 80s. I must admit that from their fourth album, I like only a few songs, maybe three at the most, from their fifth and sixth album I don't like any of them. I hope the seventh one will be full of good songs like their first albums.

Ya para finalizar sólo quiero agregar mi canción favorita de ellos es All I Wanted. Esta canción describe emociones sinceras que desde la primera vez que la escuché ocupa un lugar especial en mi corazón, ya que me identifiqué con ella y llegó en un momento de mi vida en el que estaba a punto de tomar una de las decisiones más difícles de mi vida, pero que sin dudarlo ahorita fue la mejor que tomé, dejar a mi ex.

Finally I just want to add my favorite song of theirs is All I Wanted. This song describes sincere emotions that since the first time I heard it occupied a special place in my heart because I identified with it and it came at a time in my life when I was about to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life, but without a doubt now was the best I took, to leave my ex.
