"Victory or Winner", is a powerful word. It carry within it the concept of a hard fought battle, a tough fight that is overwhelmingly won. We have that exact kind of victory- except someone else did the fighting for us. Jesus already fight the the battle for us so we don’t have to fight on our own. All we have to do is accept the fact that Jesus fought for us, and remind the devil at every turn that he is the loser and we are the winners (through Jesus).

Through Jesus Christ our Lord, every believer has victory over sin, sickness, slavery, satan, the systems of the world and other forces that may attempt to hold him down. We have to remind ourselves of this incredible truth when we feel defeated by the multiple assaults of the wicked one and his armies. Paul wrote concerning the implications of Christ’s resurrection for us Believers.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. (1 Cor. 15:57-58).
We have the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! As a victorious people, we must be steadfast in our service and warfare for the glory of our Lord. Christ desires for every Believer to experience His power, triumph, and victory over the enemy and indwelling sin.
