Hello everyone good day and welcome to my entry for Hive Openmic week 315. The Theme for the week was "Moon Light" and I bring us a cover of "In The Stars" by Benson bone.

The moon forms part of the firmament which comprises the sun, stars, moon and other bodies. The moon has different meaning and interpretation to different people from diverse cultures and ethnicity.
Some people believe in the moon as their God while others look at the moon as a carrier of blessings.

Most people believe the moon listens and that's why they talk to the sky whenever they're have burdens in their hearts.

This song "In the stars" by Benson bone is one of the songs I love very well because of the storyline of the song. The song expresses deep love and affection for someone that cannot be reached any longer, death separated them and the other one is still in deep affection and pain of the absence of their partner..

I can relate to the song but in another form. I've missed someone that death took them away from me at the most time I needed them. But I'm glad, I'm strong, the vacuum is there but I've gotten used to the pain and I'm surviving. I know few people can relate to the pain of missing someone dear to their hearts. I pray the Lord comforts the broken hearted and give them fortitude to bear the lost.

Hola a todos, buenos días y bienvenidos a mi participación en la semana 315 de Hive Openmic. El tema de la semana fue "Luz de Luna" y les traigo una versión de "In The Stars" de Benson Bone.

La luna forma parte del firmamento, que comprende el sol, las estrellas y otros cuerpos celestes. La luna tiene diferentes significados e interpretaciones para personas de diversas culturas y etnias.

Algunas personas creen en la luna como su deidad, mientras que otras la ven como portadora de bendiciones.

La mayoría de la gente cree que la luna escucha y por eso le habla al cielo cuando tiene el corazón lleno de penas.

Esta canción, "In the Stars" de Benson Bone, es una de mis favoritas por su historia. Expresa un profundo amor y cariño por alguien que ya no está a nuestro lado; la muerte los separó y uno de nosotros sigue sufriendo profundamente por su ausencia.

Me identifico con la canción, pero de otra manera. He perdido a alguien que la muerte me arrebató justo cuando más lo necesitaba. Pero estoy feliz, soy fuerte; el vacío está ahí, pero me he acostumbrado al dolor y estoy saliendo adelante. Sé que pocas personas pueden comprender el dolor de extrañar a alguien querido. Oro para que el Señor consuele a los afligidos y les dé fortaleza para sobrellevar la pérdida.

Hey my good brother! This is a great post—and musically, it’s something I truly appreciate listening to. Thanks for sharing this. Yes, the moon holds different meanings for many people, but ultimately, it is simply the satellite that keeps us company—though, admittedly, countless great songs and a wealth of inspiration have been born around it. Personally, I always associate it with long-distance love; even when we are separated from the ones we love, I feel closer to them knowing that we are both beneath the glow of the very same moon. I even feel close to those who have passed on—beyond the veil of death itself—whenever I look up at the night sky... Bravo, bro! It’s great to see you active again on Hive Open Mic.

Thank you very much Brother. You've succinctly highlighted crucial facts about the moon. Both the death and the living, we are beneath the moon surface which scientifically we know it's satellite but holds various meanings to us. I agree with your view about distant love and even physical separation with love ones that are not longer with us in the physical realm, but we are all connected in a special way through memories and beautiful songs that reminds us of them. The moon is a good source that helps rewind those memories whenever we look at it with our innermost hearts open, in deep thoughts and reflection.
