Allot More Like Christmas
Allot More Like Christmas
Together with few of my friends, we were able to make it to one of the biggest Christmas carol on the Plateau Nigeria.

The event started Friday and ended yesterday. This is usually the biggest carol that ushers in all other Christmas carols celebrations in the city of Jos. It took place at "The ten commandment" around Du' Plateau State, Jos. It was indeed a remarkable moment, the lights, the music, the atmosphere, everything was lit and felt like Christmas already.

Prominent guest ministers where invited, the likes of Sinach, Uche, Buchi, Yemi Osibanjo and Dr. Pst. Paul Enenche to mention but few. Several government officials alongside the governor of Plateau state was present as well, it was indeed a grand occasion for the whole state.

The first day I was unable to go early and so I couldn't get a seat in front, I made my way to the steers where I was able to have a more preferred view of the stage and what was going on. I witnessed few rendition and it was very nice, I love the feeling, it makes a lot of sense when multitude gather like this for one good perfect course as this. Thousands of people raised their voices in adoration to the Lamb who was born of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

I couldn't have enough, it began to look more like Christmas, the echoes of hallelujah went into the skies and everything seems perfect at that time.
Not long ago the celebration ended, I moved around to see the beautiful decorations and lightnings, there was a lot of them and beautifully decorated. The snowman decoration as well fixed on the rocks for people to see very well.

It was nicely packed up with Christmas trees around it. There was too many security personnel, that made it difficult to go closer to some of the decorations to take pictures, some where even stopping us from entering some areas around there and we perfectly understand with them, the security architecture for the program has to be very tight this way because of the high insecurity issues and attacks the state has been facing recently.
At the exit, there were people buying and selling Christmas merchandise. I love the balloon with small lightening around it so I took a shot.

Free transportation was available, so I didn't spend much to return back home. The last day for the program was yesterday so, together with my friends, we went a bit early but the place was still choked up although we actually expected that because this is actually the biggest Christmas events in the whole state and around the northern region of the country. We got to the steers where we were able to see a little of what's going on on the stage.

It was the grande finale and so the top ministers where all present, we arrived when it was Pst. Chingtok ministering then not too long Sinach took up the stage and really blessed us with her angelic voice that has made waves across the country and international.

The last day was closed with the fatherly blessings from Dr. Pst. Paul Enenche. I'm happy to see and hear him live and direct for the first time, it has always been on the T.V but it was a remarkable moment to listen to him play his unique instrument live and direct in the program.

We moved around with my guys and took more shots of the amazing decorations before we moved back home through the free ride provided.

The program was indeed an awesome opportunity to kick start the celebration of the season, there are lots more Christmas events to come up and I'll try and go to as many as I can:) I really need to live outside of my screen and I'm trying hard to because I think there's more to life than just been virtual, we get to miss out on those little things that actually matters around us.

Glad to have you read my blog. Thank you for stopping by. See you in the next post!
Peace and Love..💕✌️
