Hola Hive Open Mic, semana # 153 usuario @osomeltroso, nos convoca en esta ocasión el amigo @ibraimpvzla18, artista destacado a sumarnos a la temática "Tú estás Conmigo" y si ustedes están conmigo yo los invito a mi casa y les puedo garantizar que Reina y yo somos personas hospitalarias que nos gusta compartir por eso queremos enseñarles a todos la receta para hacer un buen y sabroso sancocho.

Esta canción que seleccioné "EL SANCOCHO" se hizo muy popular en nuestro país Venezuela en el año de 1975 en la voz de Gualberto Ibarreto. El autor de esta receta musical en forma de canción es Luis Mariano Rivera, quién en su letra resalta que en la preparación de este sancocho oriental no puede faltar el ron y no es precisamente en la olla.

EL SANCOCHO

Si quieres hacé un sancocho,
un sancocho a lo oriental,
un sancocho bien sabroso,
pon cuidado a mi explicar
Si el sancocho es pescao fresco,
pon primero a calentar
Ocumo, yuca y auyama,
con su poquito de sal.
Y la bananita verde que no debe de faltar
Cuando esto esté en la candela,
no te olvides de agregar ají, cebollín y ajo,
que es su sabor peculiar.
Y al ver amigo mío,
a la verdura ablandar…
echa ese pescao fresco…!!
y limón sin reparar!!
Y la botellita'e ron que no debe de faltar...!!! #
