Hello friends, I am #onos-f and I feel blessed to share our entry for the Hive Open Mic Week 268 with the theme "My Choice." This week, I had the pleasure of collaborating with my talented student, @santi-105 who I'm excited to introduce to the Hive platform. 🎶

Santi may be just 11 years old, but don't let his age fool you. In character, discipline, and achievement, he's years ahead of his time. I've had the honor of teaching him music since he was only 5 or 6, and his passion and dedication to his craft are genuinely exceptional. Keep an eye out for his work in the near future – you won't regret it!

Now, let's talk about our song choice for this week – "The Hollow of His Hands." We decided to perform this beautiful piece using our concert flutes. The sounds of the beautiful birds at the background added more beautiful colours to our presentation. This song truly resonates with the theme "My Choice" because it speaks of finding comfort, solace, and protection within the hands of our Creator. In a world filled with chaos and challenges, we have the choice to surrender our worries and fears, placing them in the hands of a higher power. 🙏

Collaborating with Santi on this piece was an absolute joy, and I believe that our musical chemistry shines through in our performance. The message of the song, combined with our passion for music and the enchanting sounds of our flutes, makes this entry truly special to us both.
