Afritunes WK. 193 //You Are The Lord// by Pastor Paul Enenche Cover by @oluthomas
Hello everyone, good day and welcome to my page once again. I go by the name Olu Thomas, and for this Week 193 Weekly Prompt entry, I’ll be singing a song titled “You Are the Lord” by Pastor Paul Enenche.
Today morning, while I was sitting at home, I was reminiscing on which song to present for this week’s entry. I decided to try something new. Even though I may have done something similar before, I still felt led to present this particular song, “You Are the Lord.”
Yesterday was Sunday, and I was the one who led praise and worship in church. This was actually the very first song I started with “You are the Lord, Oh God, You are the Lord Most High.” I really love this song. While worshiping God with it, I took my time and allowed the melody to sink deeply into my spirit.
The reason I chose this song is because of how God has been to me. I want to specially appreciate Him for His wonderful and His glorious acts in my life. God has been faithful to me and my family. Despite the challenges of life, He has never left us. He has always been there for us.
After singing the song in church, I decided to record it again while playing the guitar. I used the acoustic guitar to get a clean baseline. When I was done recording, I took the video into CapCut, edited it, and added a few touches. By God’s grace, it came out good and pleasant to watch.
As you watch and listen to my entry, I hope and believe that you enjoy it. Please leave a comment below using the comment section.
Thank you for always tuning into my page. Remain blessed.
