PRAISE AND WORSHIP WEEK 50 COVER OF (THE GLORY SONG) BY @OLUTHOMAS
Greetings to all and compliments on the season.
Once again, welcome to my blog. I'm still @Oluthomas.
I've been absent from this community for a while, but I'm back to full capacity.
This week's theme is glorified, be Your Name, and we are in week fifty of praise and worship. I'll be making a rendition of the song "The Glory Song," which was first performed by a gospel singer and God's word preacher, Dunsin Oyekan.
Although the name is that of our Lord Jesus Christ, the topic for the week is Glorified be your name. Only his name should be exalted; other names attempted to exalt themselves above God's name but ultimately failed and were reduced to nothingness. Consider the biblical figure of King Nebuchadnezzar, who believed he could live without God but had a very unfavorable outcome. Additionally, the devil, who accuses the brethren, was cast down for his attempts to oppose God's glory.
This theme makes it clear that only Jesus is worthy of our gratitude and adoration and that His name should be exalted in our lives. I therefore sang this song because of the lyrics, which remove one element from the equation and just present one, and that’s God.
Because of the way that God's glory radiates on us while we are in His presence, men are likewise attempting to glorify us. This is the account of a possessive man in the Bible who asks a very honest and true question: Jesus, I know, Paul, I know, but who are you? Other men who have no relationship with God try to cast out the demon in the man, and that was his question to them and he dealt with them. Therefore, when we remain with the Lord, He envelops us in His splendor, and as a result of our lives, people start to glorify God.
As God's children, we occasionally lack the words to describe ourselves instead of calling God the king of kings, the lord of lords, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the beginning and the end, Alpha and Omega, holy, righteous, wonderful, and powerful. He alone is given all of these names.
The only thing that can be said while standing in the presence of God is that His name is holy. This is a heartfelt song of worship, and I sing it for this week's theme because of its meaning in my life. Even though I occasionally face numerous obstacles in my life, I try not to take them personally. When I'm in fellowship with God, I always make sure my heart is open; I put aside any imagination that might surpass God's knowledge. To worship and adore God, I make sure to approach His presence with thankfulness and sincerity of heart.
I firmly think that you are blessed as you watch and listen to my entry. Despite my current state of illness, I felt compelled to share this song and upload it to honor God for everyone. A like or comment would be appreciated, and any kind of support or guidance is always appreciated. Thank you, and may you remain blessed in Christ. I love you, Family!
