Hive Open Mic Week 302 : Original song; My Wishes for You

Hello, welcome to my blog.
My name is @oluthomas, and I’m super excited to be among the living and also to participate in Week 302 of the Hive Open Mic Weekly Prompt.

For this week, we were given a theme to sing along with, and the theme is Good Luck. When I saw the theme, I began to reason within myself, trying to look for a song that would align with it. Then I said to myself, why not come up with an original song of my own?
While I was thinking, I realized that good luck is about life itself, about results that are tangible and remarkable. There are things we see in life that are products of good luck, and good luck doesn’t just happen by chance. It’s not really by our strength, power, or even intellect, but by a Superior Being God, who is in control of the universe and can make things work in our favor.

When God makes it your luck, you don’t need to hustle or struggle for it, it will simply be yours. I see the Lord taking us into a realm of glory, where we don’t need to struggle before we eat, before we clothe ourselves, or before we get shelter. God will make it our good luck.
Though bad luck exists, it will never be our portion in this year 2026. Favor will surround us, blessings will follow us, and God’s grace and mercy will always be with us. No weapon fashioned against us shall prosper.
