Afritunes Week 180 cover of Rahama by Minister K-Strings

It's an honour to share with this amazing community my talent and one of the things I enjoy doing. I love music so much that I don't go a day without singing or listening to a song.

We are in week 180 of our weekly contest and I want to sincerely appreciate our moderators and the admin for their efforts so far. I will be singing a cover of a song by Kstring, titled *Rahama* (meaning *Mercy*). This song is a combination of Hausa and English, and it was born from a place of prayer and deep meditation on the Word. For our God is good, and His mercy endures forever.

I really like the pattern of Minister Kstring’s songs, he uses both Hausa and English to sing because he is from the northern part of Nigeria. This very song went viral and has touched many souls, myself included.

I chose to sing this song because I really need the mercy of God in my life right now. There are things that are not going according to plan, but I can never blame God for them. Some are due to ignorance, while others are for my growth.

We all need the mercy of God in one way or the other.
