HiveOpenMic Week 140 - Sailing(cover)

Hi, music lover! How's life going on? How I love the sea! Of all the places I want to visit is the sea and just the same how I love the song related to the sea. I suppose to sing OCEAN DEEP but I got first the song SAILING.

For the 140th week of Hive Open Mic, we will explore the following theme: "The Sea (Caribbean)." This theme is chosen by our community's recent Spotlight Artist: @thelooter. Everyone is encouraged to express and connect through: The Sea (Caribbean).

Why I Love This Song?

I was flying from my jobsite to my homeland just to see my beloved family few months ago. We were just happy but after one month of my vacation, my father joined our creator in a single blinked of an eye. He was ready to joined Him above but I am human who feel the emptiness. How many years that we didn't stay together. Then he was gone and the last place we enjoyed together was the local beach in our hometown.

It was the day that he enjoyed himself with us. I think my first and last day together withy father going to the sea. We didn't have any bonding outside or anyplaces because during my 2014 vacation, my grandmother was already blind for 9 years and a bedridden. My father was the one taking care including my sicked mother too. 2015, my granny died. After her death, my mother became blind too and was a dialysis patient. My father was taking care of her. It took 5 years and my mother died before the lockdown 2020. After my mother's death, his only longing was to be with my mother in heaven. He confessed to me during my first night we slept together.
