The Trump Trade War Song

Trump Trade Wars with Canada and Mexico.

Trump raised the tariffs, what a surprise,
Now we're left high and dry,
Canada won't send oil and gas,
Mexico's tequila's now rare as brass.

[Verse 2]
Our factories used to hum with glee,
Now silence reigns from sea to sea,
Refineries up north, soon to rise,
From this chaos, a plan devised.

[Chorus]
No more exports, the borders tight,
We’ve got embargos in the night,
Canada building, Mexico’s pride,
We’ll see who stands on the other side.

[Verse 3]
In Ottawa, they schemed and planned,
“We'll cut the supply and make a stand,”
With each refinery rising tall,
They said goodbye to our trade mall.

Whiskey and molasses, no more flow,
Just like our fortunes, sinking low,
Trade wars bring no peace or cheer,
The future’s foggy, the pathway unclear.
