Hello everyone!
How are we all doing?
This is the progress of the information that was last shared in the Vibes community days ago about the Vibes Talent Scout Project.
As I alway do, permit me give a big shoutout to our lovely admin @lordbutterfly for considering this idea a beautiful one, giving out his appreciated support and also for the great works happening weekly in this prestigious community.
A big shoutout to @verbal-d, a person of great integrity, a brother in Christ and a reputable person that has through his dedication as a judge contributed to the growth of the community and also inspired many.
A special shoutout to @silentscreamer, a kind hearted person, a loving judge and a loving personality.

LATEST UPDATE ABOUT VIBES TALENT SCOUT PROJECT

As of today, the progress we have achieved as a team is an encouraging one.
As of today, the number of people our team were able to gather in our WhatsApp platform is above 100.

However, 80 people registered for the vibes talent hunt.
With our goal at hand as a team, we understand that it's not about the number of the registered participants, but about the number of people that will be available on the contest day.

80 people were auditioned and 48 people made it to the First round.
As our major aim is onboarding people to hive, we have our strategy that still kept people in the WhatsApp group created for easy collection of talents.
These numbers we've collected are anticipating for how this contest will turn out.

Our team of judges are professionals and have handled this initiative with lot of professionalism.
For the first round of contest happening on the 29th of Jan, participants who made it through the auditions are happy and pumped up to bring their friends, supporters and well wishers to the event.
This means that the auditorium will be jammed not with only the contestants, but with a lot of people coming in to show their support and see how things turn out.

This is where the team comes in with a detailed plan on enlightening the public about Hive, Vibes and its benefits.
With the mouth watering prizes and witnesses like @obaro, @iyedrumz007, @bridget02, @Starstrings01 and so on testifying, the entire student populace will be enlightened about Vibes and Hive, which will in turn help us reach our goal as a team.

Decoration and cleaning progress.

This Decoration was made by the brainy event planner who came up with an uncommon design.
As they say, There's always a first time to everything.
This is beautiful start for me and now I have a record of organising an initiative like this.

However, Welfare plans were made for three judges and an event planner throughout the three days of the event which are the audition day, the first round day and the final round of the contest with an estimated budget.
Can I shock you?😲

A need for more hands (four more people) in the team came up and of course their welfare had to be taken care of!
I'm so happy there came a chance for me to be a contributor financially to this beautiful initiative asides the idea and planning.

This is why you see them not putting on the hive customised clothes.

In that team picture, the sound director is absent because he was the one that took the picture.
Also our reputable judge @Starstrings01 is also not in that picture.
The Team is now a total of 8 people instead of the initial 4 people.

The date for the first round of the contest is the 29th of January and @Starstrings01 is expected to arrive on the 27th of January.
Of course, He'll be my guest.
Myself and @iyedrumz007 handled the auditions.
