What's up beautiful ladies and gentlemen, how Una dey?
You guys know what's popping.. it's the afri-tunes one year anniversary!
Yay! Afritunes community has really come far through thick and thin, Omo mehn, Glory be to God for real!
One thing I know for sure is that God has been involved from day one of this initiative, he helped the Admins and moderators to take the right step towards adding value to the community and he blessed the community with amazing people.

Afritunes has over time produced great Musical talents that have been consistent in what they do on the platform.
Afritunes has brought out that raw Vibe in people, it has helped many overcome the fear of camera and so on.
Afritunes is now a home for so many hivers as they found afritunes as a place where they really fit in.
This is a atmosphere of celebration and I'll be coming in with a song titled uyo meyo by Teni.

This afternoon, I was trying to record one of the songs recommended on the platform for those that find it difficult to choose a song. I recorded it but I didn't feel that completeness of music in what I recorded. It sounded as though something is missing.
Sometimes, it's not just about the melody of the music, the vibe it sends out also matters a lot as it helps connect you as a singer to your listeners.
In the midst of all these thoughts, Uyo meyo dropped in my heart and when I recorded it, I felt the completeness I wanted and it was as though the song was made just for this anniversary.

Uyo meyo is a traditional dialect of Ondo state, one of the Yoruba speaking States in Nigeria that means rejoicing and happiness.
Uyo meyo is a song of appreciation and happiness, looking back at what God has done so far and how far God has brought us without also forgetting the storms we faced in the process of our growth.
There is a part of this song that says "If you work hard, You can be just what you want".. this is so true with a lot of focus and dedication.

One interesting thing about this anniversary is that it was well planned and mapped out. Part of the plans was to put on the afri-tunes anniversary shirt while presenting what you have for the community.
My colleague @ksam played his part as he sent the files of the front and back design of the shirt to me while I was still in school during the period when everyone was asked to go home because of the elections.
It turned out that I wasn't able to get my shirt printed on because the people involved in this business already left the school as many of them are students like me, they had to go home as instructed my the NUC.
I later came to osogbo where I am currently and it turned out that I landed in a very rural area where I couldn't find any one involved in this business. Well, here I am presenting what I made for this celebration without putting on the shirt, but I have something spectacular that represents the culture of Africa, my beads.

I'm unstoppable.

Una cosa que sé con certeza es que Dios ha estado involucrado desde el primer día de esta iniciativa, ayudó a los administradores y moderadores a dar el paso correcto para agregar valor a la comunidad y bendijo a la comunidad con personas increíbles.

Con el tiempo, Afritunes ha producido grandes talentos musicales que han sido constantes en lo que hacen en la plataforma.
Afritunes ha sacado a relucir ese ambiente puro en las personas, ha ayudado a muchos a superar el miedo a la cámara, etc.
Afritunes es ahora un hogar para tantos hivers que encontraron en Afritunes un lugar en el que realmente encajan.
Este es un ambiente de celebración y estaré entrando con una canción titulada uyo meyo de Teni.
Esta tarde estaba tratando de grabar una de las canciones recomendadas en la plataforma para aquellos que les cuesta elegir una canción. Lo grabé pero no sentí esa integridad de la música en lo que grabé. Sonaba como si faltara algo.
A veces, no se trata solo de la melodía de la música, la vibra que envía también importa mucho, ya que te ayuda a conectarte como cantante con tus oyentes.
En medio de todos estos pensamientos, Uyo meyo cayó en mi corazón y cuando lo grabé, sentí la plenitud que quería y fue como si la canción hubiera sido hecha solo para este aniversario.

Uyo meyo es un dialecto tradicional del estado de Ondo, uno de los estados de habla yoruba en Nigeria que significa regocijo y felicidad.
Uyo meyo es un canto de agradecimiento y felicidad, mirando hacia atrás a lo que Dios ha hecho hasta ahora y hasta dónde nos ha llevado sin olvidar también las tormentas que enfrentamos en el proceso de nuestro crecimiento.
Hay una parte de esta canción que dice "Si trabajas duro, puedes ser justo lo que quieres"... ​​esto es muy cierto con mucho enfoque y dedicación.

Una cosa interesante de este aniversario es que estuvo bien planeado y planeado. Parte de los planes era ponerse la camiseta del aniversario de afri-tunes mientras presentaba lo que tiene para la comunidad.
Mi colega @ksam hizo su parte cuando me envió los archivos del diseño de la parte delantera y trasera de la camiseta cuando todavía estaba en la escuela durante el período en que se les pidió a todos que se fueran a casa debido a las elecciones.
Resultó que no pude imprimir mi camisa porque las personas involucradas en este negocio ya se fueron de la escuela, muchos de ellos son estudiantes como yo, tenían que irse a casa según las instrucciones de mi NUC.
Más tarde llegué a osogbo donde estoy actualmente y resultó que aterricé en una zona muy rural donde no pude encontrar a nadie involucrado en este negocio. Bueno, aquí les presento lo que hice para esta celebración sin ponerme la remera, pero tengo algo espectacular que representa la cultura de África, mis abalorios.
