Hive Open Mic Week # 56. My quiet desert. Original song.

Going to the weekly appointment of Hive Open Mic, and of our host @cabelindsay, I bring a song inspired by the proposed mention, which is QUIET DESERT.

In my song I wanted to use that desert to build a place of dreams and enchantment.

Many literary images came to my heart, and based on 6 syllable verses, I wanted to compose this song which, I confess, was a bit difficult.

But thank God, I was very satisfied with the musical product.

MY QUIET DESERT.

A quiet desert
is my dream
where I can do
everything I crave.

I would like to build
mighty river,
a beautiful grove
and a nice hut.

Songbirds
will give their songs
in the clear river,
and a cute rainbow
when winter comes
will regain vigor.

n this desert
there will be little cold
because Supreme God
will give us dew.

Here we will live
as I yearn for it,
and there will be a thousand oases
for my dream

Acudiendo a la cita semanal de Hive Open Mic, y de nuestro anfitrión @cabelindsay, traigo una canción inspirada en la mención propuesta, que es QUIET DESERT.

En mi canción he querido utilizar ese desierto para construir un lugar de ensueño y encantamiento.

Muchas imágenes literarias se me vinieron al corazón, y basándome en versos de 6 sílabas, quise componer este tema que, confieso, fue un poco difícil.

Pero gracias a Dios, quedé muy satisfecho por el producto musical.

MI QUIETO DESIERTO.

Un quieto desierto
es el sueño mío
donde hacer yo pueda
todo lo que ansío.

Construir quisiera
caudoloso río,
arboleda bella
y un lindo bohío.

Pájaros cantores
darán sus canciones
en el claro río,
y un lindo arco iris
cuando invierno llegue
recobrará brío.

En este desierto
habrá poco frío
porque Dios Supremo
nos dará rocío.

Aquí viviremos
como yo lo ansío,
y habrá mil oasis
para el sueño mío.
