Music is a beautiful that is probably as old as mankind. It brings joy to the listener and it calms the nerves. Music is like magic, there is a certain feeling that we feel when we play our favorite music. This feeling can not be gotten elsewhere unless we listen to our favorite music.

Music has a way of determining a persons mood. It also has a way to calm a person during the times of sadness, or depression. It can be used for therapeutic purposes too. I heard a story of how Eminem's songs help a boy that battled with stuttering. I don't know how legit the story is, but then, I believed it because music can perform quite a lot of magic.

Today, there are diverse genre of music. We have hiphop, afro naija, jazz, rock, pop, and the list goes on and on. The importance of music can not be overemphasized as it stretches to the extent of being used for cultural and traditional events.

Personally, I love rap songs. Not just any rap songs, but those that have a story to tell. However, recently, I'm beginning to like songs made in my country. Afro Naija songs are beginning to catch my interest.

Aside my country song, another song I like is a kpop song. In this post, which is an entry for Korean Hive Village Contest, I would write about my favorite Korean song. I would write on how I got to know the music and why I love the song.

I am new to the things of Korean. Thanks to this community, I've been watching and researching some things I didn't think I would ever watch or research.

I remember a few weeks ago, a contest was shared. In that contest, participants were asked to watch Kpop Demon Hunters and share a review. I was one of the many participants that watched that movie and I actually like the movie.

At first, I didn't like the movie at all. I wanted to stop the movie and not write an entry but then, the story line made me become interested to finish the movie.

I listened to all the songs in the movie, but one particular song got my interest. That song is titled Golden. Huntrix sang the song.

There are many reasons why I like that particular song. One of the major reason is the films story line. the story it told is really nice. Another reason I love that song is the lyrics. I think the film's story line made the lyrics make more sense.

Since the films story line is fictional, I don't really think the song influenced my daily life in any way. I just think its a nice song that got my interest. I do place the song every now and then when I'm alone. I could just be chilling and decide to play the song.

Thank you for reading.
