I didn’t choose this song because it’s popular, I chose it because it made me pause. Like… it reached a part of me I hadn’t checked in with in a while.

There’s something about the way Billie just lays everything bare—no drama, no big notes, just quiet questions that sit with you. The kind that don’t always come with answers.

I won’t lie—singing this didn’t feel like a performance. It felt more like letting something out without fully understanding it.

The lyrics talk about forgetting how to be happy, how to feel, how to float—and I think that’s something a lot of us carry quietly, without saying much.
