Trying Sop Jakarta at Yogyakarta

I want to tell you about my experience some time ago when I visited Yogyakarta. When I was in Yogyakarta, I should have enjoyed Yogyakarta's culinary specialties. However, I didn't do that. Instead, I enjoyed Jakarta's culinary specialties. So, what did I buy?

Jakarta Soup. This is very funny. I should have bought it in Jakarta. The location is not far from campus. What did I order? I ordered tendons and offal. For me, tendons and offal are heavenly food, the most delicious parts of beef.

How does it taste? This Jakarta Soup is different from soups in general which have clear broth. However, this food uses milk broth. The broth tastes creamy and savory. I also added soy sauce pickles to my rice. This is to avoid the broth mixing with other flavors.

Oh yeah, don't forget I also added lime. Adding freshness to the soup that I ate. I also added crackers as a complement to the food. Is this delicious food? Of course. Delicious food is like finding heaven. I found this food right on the side of the highway.

I also found a number of busy food establishments. Like meatballs and chicken noodles. However, I needed to find a place to park. Food on the side of the road, difficult to find parking. Another thing that opened my eyes was that street food using tents was not as bad as imagined.

This place is clean and comfortable. The most important point is that this food is very delicious. That's all I can share, thank you for listening to my story. See you in the next story. Bye
