Mmmm this is a very interesting reflection, I'm glad I stumbled upon this post even though it's been a couple of days already since you wrote it.

Hahaha a bit of FOMO around here, but that's ok, I think the commitment to the ecosystem, talent and learning slowly starts to come together as time goes by and you make Hive part of your life. I used to get very frustrated at the beginning too, but understanding that the possibilities within Hive are as wide as life itself can help you breathe, process and be able to come here and enjoy it better.

We will never have 28h, we won't be able to read all the interesting stuff around and we won't be capable of supporting everyone who deserves it, but what we can do is invest some time in being real, sincere and transparent; that adds a lot of value to our ecosystem and it's easy to spot.

Take it easy, write when you feel like it and write for real, comment in those communities you're happy to visit and respond to those who show interest in your content. Once the basics become an organic dynamic, you'll start to find the time to spend more time with other creators and support them.

Hive is a winding road, like life itself, a roller coaster. But then you learn that in those bumps lies the beauty. Don't let blogging become another kind of job/obligation, that passion you see around here, is from users who understand that this is a place to be themselves, I hope you feel the same way.
