Kicking Off The Week With Some Trance

The best way to wash away that Monday filth is with music in my opinion! However, on the rare occasion where I've ventured away form making drum & bass, there was a collection of trance tracks that I made a couple of years ago.

I'd shared most of the tunes from the Clouds of Memory EP, except this one, until now!

It was actually a music contest that ran on Hive which inspired the creation of this one as the challenge was to create a "Psytrance" track.

Although I think I failed on the actual psytrance element as this moved in to more traditional trance sounds - I gather you aren't supposed to put more than one note for the bassline - I just let the feeling continue as it felt right to do so.

There is a strong nostalgic feeling in this one but the driving bassline is exactly what you need to power through that Monday!
