Drum & Bass Tunes-day

I've only ever had two tunes that have been picked by Spotify to feature on DnB playlists and this is the 2nd one of those.

Somehow, "I'll Always Be Around" got on to their radar and I never quite understood why - it's definitely not one of my personal favourites but it was inspired by one of my favourite tunes in the dance genre from the early 2000s.

That tune was "Gimme More Time" by Gee More (I think), and the main melody from that tune is what I recreated in this track of mine.

This was only the 6th dnb tune I made and it seems my earlier tracks were a bit more appealing for the Spotify curators, these tunes were first released in 2018 so I guess I need to go back to that era and see if I can recreate the vibes!

In any case, I'm happy this got a bit of love and I'll keep churning out tunes to see if I can get a 3rd on their playlists!
