Los días martes suelo escribir sobre música, sobre las canciones que me gustan y por lo general causan algo único en mí. Éste post tendrá dos partes interesantes que quiero compartir con toda la comunidad y las personas que hacen vida acá.

La música tiene el poder de hacernos conectar con nosotros mismos, con la propia manera en que vemos lo que queremos alcanzar y conquistar. Nada es sencillo, esa frase siempre la escucharás en tu vida y casualmente es lo que plasma la letra de I Won't Give Up. Pensé mucho sobre compartir esta canción por acá, recuerdo que la primera vez que la escuché fue en un Cover musical que efectuó Bit Time Rush. Ya perdí la fecha de cuando fue eso, puede que unos 9 o 10 años. ¡Quizás más!
Lo que no puedo negar es que este tema musical es muy especial, es perfecto para entender por qué no debes aferrarte a nada y seguir a pesar de la dificultad de la vida. Naces, creces y envejeces. Por eso debes aprovechar cada momento de ello, esta canción me ha acompañado en mis momentos tristes, felices y emocionantes. Me han dicho siempre: No te rindas, persevera, avanza y cree sobre todas las cosas en ti.
En muchas oportunidades solemos establecer limitaciones, pero esto no es una imposibilidad propia. Pienso que es un criterio superficial por pavor a continuar, la vida en sí misma está llena de retos continuamente. Usted se atreve a asimilar nuevas cosas en cada ocasión. Todo esto es lo que he aprendido, es lo que siempre me ha ayudado esta canción a comprender y asimilar. Soy fan de Jason Mraz desde que comprendí que somos nosotros los que decidimos cómo podemos vivir y debemos aprovechar la oportunidad de asimilar cada nueva experiencia.
Esta canción somete tu mente, tu ser y tu esencia a un análisis de cada una de las cosas que has logrado hasta ahora. No la veo como una canción para dedicársela a otra persona, más bien, es para mirarte a ti mismo y analizar todo lo que habéis hecho. Solo cada uno de nosotros sabemos lo que hemos vivido. La pista de este tema musical es increíble porque tiene un toque de nostalgia que le convierte en un tesoro. ¡Qué tesoro tan hermoso!

El videoclip también es hermoso, visualizas como poco a poco las personas van envejeciendo y te hace pensar que debes aprovechar el tiempo, el ahora y lo que tienes a tu alrededor. El mensaje sin lugar a dudas es vivir por qué te gusta o te llama la atención.

Esta canción habla sobre la libertad y el respeto que debe existir entre las personas. Habla sobre el libre albedrío y la entrega incondicional. Particularmente me gusta mucho este cantautor. Y esta letra es muy poética.
