Creo que este post sienta muy bien el día de hoy, siempre que estoy feliz escucho: “Exo”. Soy un fan irrestricto del K-Pop, y la verdad es que no lo niego. Tampoco me da pena decirlo.

Decidí escribir sobre esto porque esté entrelazado con el hecho de que en los próximos días estaré de cumpleaños y también los momentos maravillosos que vivimos hoy en Hive. El ecosistema significa mucho para mí y para todos los que formamos parte de él.

Por estas fechas el año pasado fue que comencé a escribir constantemente acá, a investigar y ponerle mi alma a este blog. Me puse mucho ánimo, y todo ha salido muy bien. He conocido a muchas personas invaluables, se me han abierto las puertas, pero sobre todo he reflexionado mucho de los aprendizajes de los hechos pasados y los que vivo ahora. Esta descentralización me permite mostrar mis gustos tal cuan son. Eso es lo más maravilloso, muchos tienden a decir que el k-pop no es agradable, pero la verdad es que a mí me gusta.

Me gusta su estética, la melodía, la letra de cada canción y también las coreografías. Esto es algo que puedo mostrar tranquilamente en Hive, aquí en mi blog y con toda la comunidad. Me hace sentir tranquilo y aceptado tal cual soy.

Una de las tantas anécdotas que puedo contar es la forma de vestir, me llegué a vestir mucho en son de esta música. No a nivel excesivo, conozco personas que lo hacen; aunque alguna vez sentí el interés. Puede que lo haga en una ocasión nuevamente. Recapitulo, entre mis propios pensamientos. Exo es uno de los grupos de K-pop más famosos de corea del sur, me atrevo a decir que pueden competir con BTS.

Existen varias canciones que escucho, pero solamente dejaré por acá las que me impactan emocionalmente por su ritmo, vocalización, coreografía y estética visual en los videoclips.

Algo muy impresionante de Exo, es que hacen un trabajo admirable en el video de práctica de esta canción en SM Entertainment. Son chicos realmente admirables y su voz es impresionante. La letra posee un potente mensaje: Levántate, aunque mi parte favorita es cuando expresan que debemos gritar fuertemente para poder ser escuchados.

En ocasiones los jóvenes tenemos tantas dudas que no podemos dar una respuesta a las cosas, debemos gritar y decir, véanme aquí. Estoy aquí, lo estoy intentando a pesar de lo difícil que es.

Esta es una de las melodías que puedo decir que me hacen ser irreverente, es decir, cuando estoy feliz, pero no quiero hacer nada: “Love Me Right”. Específicamente cuando me quiero divertir, creo que es perfecta para ponerla en el carro si vas de viaje a algún sitio que desees conocer. Como estamos de celebración, puedo decir que esta es una de las canciones que vale la pena escuchar.

Me saca una sonrisa, indiscutiblemente. Una de las partes más significativas de esta canción es ese reflejo que hace con el universo, lo que brilla, la luz del cielo y esa frase: solo ámame bien. Una frase romántica en algo de este siglo y el postmodernismo.

Ko Ko Bop, es como si me mandara a los 80 o algo así, visualmente el videoclip tiene una atracción potente que se mezcla con el título, y el ritmo de la pista es tan pegajoso que te hace querer escucharla una y otra vez. La canción tiene algo que se incrusta muy bien, para mí es una de las mejores interpretaciones de Exo. Tiene todo lo que llama la atención en este siglo, y lo conjuga con un estilo del pasado.

La canción tiene partes que le encantan a las mujeres que conforman el fandom del grupo, aunque lo cierto es que no evita ese toque juvenil intrigante.

The song has parts that the women who make up the group's fandom love, though it certainly doesn't shy away from that intriguing youthful touch.

Una de las canciones que me hacen sentir algo de ansiedad, pero que irónicamente me encantas es: "Love Shot", quizás sea por la forma del ritmo que se mezcla muy bien con una calma y vuelve a subir con una intensidad profunda hasta conectar con un toque de seducción. Lo más impresionantes del K-pop es su variación, es una mezcla muy rica. Cuando escuché esta canción por primera vez, quedé impresionado por su forma.

Aparte de que el videoclip conecta con mi estilo urbano. Me gustaría hacer una sesión de fotos en el futuro con este concepto.

Esta canción se asemeja a mi gusto por hacer cosas nuevas y vivir experiencias inolvidables. Me refiero a esas que te hacen ver más allá de todo.
