Hello friends of this beautiful Sound Music community, once again sharing with you Nelly Linares @nellynohemi, for today I bring you a song from our country Venezuela composed by the Great Juan Vicente Torrealba entitled "Alone with the Stars". On this occasion I will be accompanied on the cuatro by my nephew Carlos Calderon. I hope you like my version.

The song "Alone with the Stars" whose author is Juan Vicente Torrealba was recorded by Marcos Antonio Muñiz in the Album Songs of My Land, volume 9 and released in 2022. It was made as a tribute to this great composer and harpist.

Marco Antonio Muñiz is a Mexican actor and singer from the golden age of Mexican cinema, nicknamed El Embajador del Romanticismo and El Lujo de México. He is one of the great Latin American interpreters who have stood the test of time.

Juan Vicente Torrealba was a Venezuelan musician and composer and is considered one of the most renowned artists in the musical history of Venezuela. Among his songs we have Concierto en la Llanura, La Potra Zaina, Campesina, Rosario, Valencia, Alone with the Stars and many others.

I want to express my congratulations, thanks and happiness to the organizers of the "Talent Sound Music" Festival held in the month of February where my person and several colleagues and relatives were selected, voted and winners both in the category of voices and instrumentalists. I hope you continue with this beautiful initiative.
