Thanks to @ablaze, who initiated #ttt, also known as #threetunetuesday, we share each Tuesday our favorite tunes.

Last week I had my first post for #ttt and I knew what my next one will be and who I would like to feature.

If you are watching Britain Got Talent, you may know them, although it was back in 2012. I am talking about Jonathan and Charlotte, the young duo from Essex, who did something unbelievable - they proved Simon Cowell wrong.

When they appeared on stage for their audition, Jonathan sloppy and overweight next to pretty Charlotte, nobody knew what to expect. Actually the audience seemed bored and Simon even whispered "Just when you think things couldn't get worse" (you can hear that on the video clip of the audition). Sharlotte only answered the questions, while Jonathan was too shy. He, himself admitted he lacked confidence because of his look, but Sharlotte was next to him to support and push him forward.

So, the first accords of the music started and when both sang, an opera and pop voices in a beautiful harmony made the eyes brows raise, jaws to drop. I am not kidding you, the voice of the 17 years old Jonathan was outstanding, complemented by the voice of Sharlotte, who was 16 yo. And soon the audience was on their feet applauding the duo. At the end they have Yes from all judges, but Simon said that Jonathan should dump Sharlotte, because she could drag him back. Jonathan was firm, saying they came as a duo, they stay as a duo.

The duo finished second and they proved Simon wrong. They released two albums together in 2012 anf 2013, the first was even called Together.

My first choice today is the song The Prayer from the album "Together". The very song they used for the audition.

In 2014 the duo split and they both continue with single albums in the same year. However Jonathan continued with more albums and concerts, but I could not find much about Sharlotte.

I hope you enjoyed my choice of tunes today. It was a very stressful day for me at work and playing these songs, I felt the stress relief. They did put some positive energy in me at the end of the day.
