Tal vez hayas escuchado esta canción antes, eso porque es bastante famosa, creo que es una de las más conocidas de Fito Páez. Mariposa tecknicolor es una canción enérgica, bastante brillante y muy alegre, que al parecer describe algunos recuerdos del contexto temprano del autor. Sus mañanas, las calles donde jugó o estuvo, el sacrificio de sus padres, la catedral y algunos goles que se celebraban en algún sitio.
