Domingo musical, un día de la semana lleno de tranquilidad, pereza y quietud en la observación. Algunos toman este día para hacer reuniones hedonistas o asistir a fiestas, otros hacen lo que yo, descansan y escriben. Sea como sea, hoy es un día donde no ves mucha gente en la calle en comparación con los otros días de la semana.

Aterciopelados es una banda colombiana con grandes ritmos y temas, letras divertidas y una energía sumamente alegre. Son un grupo musical que sabe transmitir ese entusiasmo único que nos saca espontáneamente una sonrisa. Hace unos días, conseguí esta bella canción en Youtube: "Luz azul" (Blue light) así que me sentí bastante animado a hacerle un cover con mucho cariño.

La canción nos habla sobre el positivismo ante múltiples situaciones adversas de la vida. Nuestra situación humana conlleva enfrentarnos ante un sin fin de retos y cambios que nos pueden ocasionar estrés, traumas y mucho cansancio. Se que habrán habido ocasiones en las cuales escuchas el típico: "No te detengas, sigue adelante" o el típico: "Hay que ser positivos y tener la mejor actitud". Ya sabes, los repetitivos clichés del positivismo dichos por personas que no cumplen con sus consejos.

En un momento de estrés es difícil hacer entender a otra persona que debe estar bien y que la vida es bella, aunque a veces no es algo que se hace de mala intención, tal vez haya que ser más empáticos. El amor incondicional es lo que podemos ofrecer. Un abrazo, una invitación a una salida, un pequeño regalo o ayuda económica. Hay que hacerle ver a esa persona que la vida es bonita, pero con hechos y no con regaños y exigencias. Incluso, es algo que podemos hacer por nosotros mismos si no tenemos a nadie, salir, hacer cosas que nos gusten, buscar la luz.

La vida es terrible muchas veces, sumamente insoportable. Si queremos hacer las cosas bien, la luz está en el corazón, en la conciencia o en aquellos que realmente nos quieren ayudar.

They are a musical group that knows how to transmit that unique enthusiasm that spontaneously brings a smile to our faces. The song talks about positivism in the face of many adverse situations in life. Our human situation involves facing endless challenges and changes that can cause us stress, trauma and a lot of fatigue. I know there have been times when you have heard the typical: "Don't stop, keep going" or the typical: "You have to be positive and have the best attitude". You know, the repetitive clichés of positivism said by people who don't live up to their advice.

In a time of stress it is difficult to make another person understand that they should be well and that life is beautiful, although sometimes it is not something that is done with bad intentions, maybe you have to be more empathetic. Unconditional love is what we can offer. A hug, an invitation to an outing, a small gift or financial help. We have to make that person see that life is beautiful, but with facts and not with scoldings and demands. It is even something we can do for ourselves if we have no one, go out, do things we like, look for the light.

Life is terrible many times, extremely unbearable. If we want to do things well, the light is in the heart, in the conscience or in those who really want to help us.
