How wonderful. Congratulations. In a world where relationships last such a short time, 19 years is a significant amount of time. What I love about long-standing relationships is the knowing and the re-knowing. As Cadenas put it: "Today, from seeing you so much, I truly saw you." It is that quality you captured so perfectly in your poem: an accumulation of moments—both ordinary and extraordinary—that make you a part of the other person's life story. A big hug, my friend.

Thanks Nancy! Yes, different aspects of people change so much as time goes by I think you have to find a way to change together. I think, as we age, we begin to realize the moments we treasure the most are the ordinary ones. Have a wonderful weekend! Will you guys be getting any of the effects of the hurricanes in the Gulf?
