ThreeTuneTuesday: Tres canciones de Elena Rose/ Three songs by Elena Rose (ESP/ ENG)

Me encanta Elena Rose.

Hello, friends around the world. Hello, music lovers at Hive. Today is Tuesday again, and we all know that it's the day when we listen to and share good music.
For months now, I've been sharing the music of my favorite female singers with you, and today is no exception. Today we'll listen to three songs by one of the Venezuelan singers who started her career as a songwriter but is now earning her place as one of the promising young talents of Latin American music. I'm talking about Andrea Elena Mangiamarchi Hernández, better known as Elena Rose.
The first song I will share with you is more than just a song; it is a hug. “Me lo merezco” (I deserve it) is a song that, from the first person perspective, reminds us that we deserve the best things in the world:
"True love, I deserve it
For everything to turn out well, I deserve it.“ It should be noted that this single belongs to his album ”En las nubes - Con mis panas," released in 2024 and nominated for a Latin Grammy for Best Contemporary Pop Album.
The second song is “Cosita linda,” from her latest album Bendito verano, which she sings as a duet with Justin Quiles. Elena has collaborated with many other artists, such as Ed Sheeran and Cazzu, and has written songs for Shakira, Karol G, Anitta, Christina Aguilera, Alejandro Sanz, and many others.
The last song is precisely the piece that launched her to success as a performer: “Caracas en el 200” is a piece written by Elena and performed by her, Danny Ocean, and Jerry Di. This song is full of nostalgia for what we were in the past, for a city that existed and no longer does. This song was also nominated for a Grammy for Best Original Song in 2023.
Elena Rose's music is perfect for listening to with friends, while driving around in the car, or simply when you feel like listening to a soft, melodious voice that talks to us about life as if we were listening to a friend. I love Elena Rose.

Saludos
Saludos!
I like cosita linda and she is Venezuelan! I am trying to think when you showcased a Venezuelan singer? I like it and it is new too. I shall be exploring more tomorrow during the day! A musical hug today
Hahaha. Of course! At one point, I placed music by Venezuelan artists from the 80s and 90s. But you're right, I hadn't shared any music by new Venezuelan singers, only old ones from the last century. Sending you a musical hug. 🫂
