COLDPLAY: MUSIC OF THE SPHERES TOUR PH 2024

Hello to everybody! Are there any Coldplay music fans here?

I've been a fan of Coldplay since high school and I can't tell you how many times their music has given me the strength to go through difficult times in my life. How I've been able to escape during the lonely nights by listening to Yellow, Sparks, and The Scientist. Their music has a special place in my heart.

I still recall how I was unable to attend their A Head Full of Dreams tour concert at the SM MOA Concert grounds during my college years because I lacked enough money to get a ticket. However, as a dedicated supporter, I continue attending Coldplay PH events in different Ayala Malls and purchase some merchandise there. Also, none of my friends are Coldplay fans. So, I joined a group chat on messenger for fans who are also unable to attend the concert but are preparing to go and join "Team Labas"; these are the fans who were unable to obtain a ticket but will still go to the event venue only to at least experience the energy and the fun of being there. I had intended to join them, but I had some important things to complete on the day of the concert, so I opted not to go. They simply give me an update on the events, including how some of them even met Chris Martin at Starbucks.

But this year, they made the announcement that Manila, Philippines would be a stop on their Music of the Sphere Tour. I was startled because this has been my dream since the first day I became a fan. I get ready for the ticket sale and the money needed because I now have a job and extra money for this.

The ticket selling is so blockbuster. Some people even planned to go camping at the different malls in Manila to score a ticker. Due to that, I had no chance of getting a ticket for Day 1. I was at the office when the Day 1 ticket selling happened. A lot of people already purchased tickets online, and when I went to the SM Ticket Store to buy a physical ticket, it easily got sold out even before I stepped on the counter.

We're extremely upset. However, I am aware that Day 2 will be held because Coldplay has large fans in the Philippines. And I'm not wrong, following the announcement that Day 1 concert tickets had sold out, they promptly announced that Day 2 would be taking place. I told myself I would get a concert ticket right away and wouldn't allow anything to happen again like I did on Day 1.

I waited in line at the SM Ticket Store one hour before the mall opened, and after several hours of waiting, I was finally successful in securing a ticket. And I'm going to the COLDPLAY CONCERT at last!!!

Even though I was unable to get the concert seat of my dreams, at least I did manage to secure a ticket. And from what I've read and seen through different social media sites, they swear that there isn't a terrible seat at a Coldplay show.
