Hello Hive Music Lovers!,

Welcome to another #threetunetuesday created originally by @ablaze.

This week we go in yet another direction and I share three tunes related to food.

But first, for those unfamiliar with TTT or Three Tune Tuesday.... to quote @ablaze :

The jist is as follows
Every Tuesday I'm going to share 3 songs which I like to listen to and I invite your feedback in the comments below. Better still, why not have a blast of your own Three Tune Tuesday and mention me in the post and I'll come and find the post and upvote it. If you could also use #threetunetuesday tag that would be great, as that is what I use when sifting through all the entries every Wednesday. It'll be a sweet way for us all to discover new music. You'll also be in with a chance of winning the prize.

Recently I visited a Mexican restaurant that I haven't visited in quite some time. I have previously ate there fairly regularly as they do a nice mix of salad bowls and burrito bowls and were very tasty.

So it was a pleasant experience to go back there again and even better to see a familiar face working there from the old times.

The dishes there have been an inspiration for me to create my own salad bowls. Sometimes I keep it simple, other times I try to add in the different salsas and spice it up a little.

But when I think of yummy food, the first song that comes to mind is by Ohio Express:

I think it's a pretty good song to describe how I feel after eating something good. I am not sure I could play the song too much though, as it gets a bit repetitive!

After eating some great food, I usually always need something sweet! This could be some cake, chocolate or like here a natural sugar boost with blended strawberries and ice. This also can cool you down nicely for the summer weather.

When I am thinking of something sweet, the song that comes to mind is The Archies:

Talking about sugary things, the next food item is from my childhood.

Chupa chups were among the many different lollipops that I used to eat. Sherbert dips were some other good ones too, but my favorite was probably buying the Drumstick lollies along with the Refresher chews.

They were no doubt terrible for your teeth, but tasted great at the time and I think cost something like 2 or 3 pence each! LOL

The final song can only be by the awesome Millie Small with My Boy Lollipop. This is a memorable song that I think of when thinking about sugary things.

The winner from last week's 5 LEN token giveaway was @sammyhive Congratulations!

Congratulations @sammyhive! The only song in this batch of tunes that I've heard before is the second one, by The Archies. They're all quite good, but I think I'll go with My Boy Lolipop! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

All three songs were high in the charts in their time and are easy on the ears.
The one I remember most was Sugar Sugar by The Archies, I've heard quite a few covers.

Ah man, hitting the 60's hard this week. Giving me all the feels. I grew up listening to this music, so it is kind of my happy place. Whenever I need to get my soul grounded again I always flip on some oldies from the 50's and 60's. Great stuff!

Feeling the same here Bozz. Some seriously good classics from this era. Perhaps I am trying to ground myself as not been feeling myself. :)

Wow! I have not thought of these songs in an incredibly long time. Sugar Sugar was a staple on one of our 'mix tapes' (followed by Stars on 45 - I remember it clearly) on our road trips from Calgary to the Okanagan in British Columbia for vacation.

I am little surprise to see such a combination of eating material in your country too.
Here in my country such material use as raw eating material especially in breakfast during morning time. It's taste little bit different but always be full of Nutrients.
